Learn how to cook up delicious Indian Vegan food. You will learn all you need to know about spices and their nutrients, as well as learning new cooking technique and method. After the class, you will have the opportunity to take the food home, which you have cooked.

Menu:
Indian crepes made with gram flour, with a sweet potato spiced filling.
Vegan lentil daal cooked in a tomato masala with spices.
Stuffed aubergines
Cumin rice
Coconut, date and chai energy balls.
